  • Pump cut-in at low water level

  • Pump cut-off at high water level

Uses a level transmitter and level controller to continuously regulate feedwater flow, matching real-time boiler demand.

  • Plants with variable steam loads

  • Operations that require stable drum levels

1. High Pressure Cut-Off

Automatically shuts down the burner if the boiler exceeds safe operating pressure—preventing dangerous overpressure conditions.

2. Safety Relief Valves (Two Units)

Mechanical valves that release excess pressure when all other controls fail.
Installed in pairs for redundancy, ensuring continuous safety protection.

3. Low Water Level – Alarm + Burner Cut-Off

Activates when the water level drops to a dangerous point.
At this stage, the burner shuts down to prevent overheating and tube damage.

The highest level of low-water protection.
All burner operations stop to prevent dry-firing, which can damage a boiler within minutes.

5. High Water Level Alarm

  • Water carryover

  • Water hammer
